Customer Trainer
This is a permanent remote-work position for customer-facing role. Half of your time will be focused on handling customer support tickets to fix any software issues where possible and will escalate tickets as needed. You will help clients by trouble-shooting the system, on both front-end and back-end, including devices and technologies that are used in conjunction with the system (such as printers/scanners, remote connections, etc.). This is an excellent role to get started in IT or Software Engineering.
The second half of your time will be focused on training customers to iDocket’s software. This includes one week of travel each quarter to facilitate the on-site training of new customer offices as well as maintaining the training materials. You will collaborate with iDocket’s Technical Writers to ensure that the training provided meets the current needs of the customers.
