Technical Support Team Lead
This is a permanent remote-work position for a Technical Support Agent Team Lead. In addition to working on customer tickets, you will be the primary escalation point for other members on your team. You will also be responsible for overseeing and delegating support tasks related to software installations for new clients. This position requires experience as an iDocket Technical Support Representative due to the level of system knowledge involved.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a CIS/science/computer-related field
- Experience in iDocket Technical Support
- Consistent attendance rate of at least 80% (no more than two unexcused absences per month)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities
- Excellent time management skills
