Raul Espinosa is one of iDocket’s original employees and has been crucial in developing many of iDocket’s software products, including the UCMS. Raul was chosen as the team member of the month due to his leadership across multiple teams, providing much-needed subject matter expertise, showing versatility and adaptivity, and being a team player with the various challenges each team has encountered that Raul has then provided the resolution for.

One of Raul’s favorite aspects of his job is the flexibility. He loves to travel and enjoys that he can work from anywhere as long as there is internet. When he travels, he strives to discover the local places, not settling for the tourist experience, but rather seeking out the tastes, sights, and sounds that those who live in that place most enjoy.

Gaston was selected as the team member of the month because of his versatility, positive energy, helping nature, flexibility, and jovial nature. He works with two separate teams and has spent time getting automation going for his primary team. He is also mentoring and coaching teammates on the automation process and has made a lot of progress on that. He always looks at the big picture and points out potential issues that may happen based on his experience.

In Gaston’s five months with iDocket, his favorite aspect of his job is how he gets to work closely with development as well as gain a good understanding of the business. He loves how everyone on the project is so communicative and open to hearing concerns, questions, and suggestions. In his spare time, Gaston enjoys rescuing injured Zenaida Doves’ “Squabs” (babies), nursing them to health and then setting them free.

Tim is a longtime employee with iDocket. In that time, he has proven himself invaluable time and time again. This month, Tim was chosen as the team member of the month due to how he has helped with a customer’s data conversion, not only assisting the development team, but also providing guidance to the Software Support team and the QA team. His vast amount of knowledge on iDocket’s Onyx system has been vital throughout the process of this conversion.

Tim has worked with iDocket for five years and in that time his favorite aspects of his job are fixing bugs and assisting with data conversions for customers. In both instances, for him it feels like working on a puzzle, where all the data must fit in the correct places in order to be successful. Outside of work he trains and competes in Brazilian Jujitsu.

Boris was chosen for team member of the month due to how he actively searches for ways to improve the team. This past month, Boris has been vocal and proactive with regards to the quality of iDocket’s products could be improved, on both the development side and the QA side. Whether it’s regarding a user’s experience with iDocket’s software or the way things should be documented during the testing process, Boris will be the first to make sure the team is informed and action is taken.

Boris loves the team he works with and feels that the people are the best part of iDocket. In his free time, Boris enjoys drawing and creating.

Isela was chosen as the team member of the month due to her excellent work with customers and how helpful she is to the Technical Support team. In addition to handling support tickets for her own assigned counties, she has also been covering tickets for other counties in order to assist the team anytime there is a high volume of calls. Furthermore, she has assisted with a conversion, working with the customer to see that they are able to successfully get up and running with iDocket’s products.

Isela joined iDocket at the end of 2021 and has found that her favorite thing about the job is how supportive and helpful the team is. She loves how everyone comes together when implementing updates for the customer. Outside of work, her favorite moments are spending time with her boys.

Chris has been a part of iDocket since the very beginning and is a valued member of the team, not only by iDocket employees but also by all the Texas Clerks she has helped with over the years. Chris was selected for team member of the month due to her wonderful collaboration in the new install workshop. She oversaw the entire conversion, working closely with the customer and the iDocket team to ensure all projects deadlines were met, the go-live was successful, and the customer was ready to begin using their new software.

Chris’s favorite thing about iDocket is being able to work closely with Texas Clerks and their IT. She feels proud when they remember her even when she hasn’t seen them in years. In her free time, Chris enjoys being outdoors, as she finds it soothing. She also loves to travel and regularly tries to attend Green Bay Packer games in a city she’s never been to before.
