iDocket is a software development company and our open-source architecture and continuous improvement methodology is 180 degrees different from what is typically offered in the judicial services industry.
Who we are
iDocket is a Texas-based, Hispanic- and Woman-Owned S-Corporation headquartered in Amarillo, Texas. iDocket's software improves the electronic and online judicial workflow processes by providing a complete software suite for local governments. iDocket.com also offers access to public services and court case information from an ever-increasing number of the nation's trial courts.
With the implementation of iDocket’s statewide Uniform Case Management System (UCMS), the administration of justice will be improved, potential perpetrators of mass violence will be stopped from purchasing firearms, and protective orders will be enforced to protect potential victims of domestic violence.
History
iDocket's history began in 1991 as Solutions, Inc., a Hispanic-Owned software development company. In 1999 the District Clerk in Amarillo asked Solutions, Inc. to help her display her judicial information online. In response Solutions, Inc. created iDocket.com, putting judicial records online.
Recognizing the need for quality affordable case management systems, we then developed one of the first browser-based case management systems in Texas . Solutions, Inc. was formally dissolved into iDocket in 2000.
Today iDocket's software is the go-to case management system for customers and counties across Texas who need timely and accurate case information. County Clerks, District Clerks, County Attorneys, District Attorneys, Judges, Sheriffs, and Justices of the Peace use iDocket to integrate and automate their business and case management processes, providing 360-degree views of cases, parties, and participants, including communications, actions, and orders.
