Appian Developer
This is a permanent remote-work position for an experienced Appian Developer. Using your training and knowledge of the Appian Business Process Management (BPM) platform, you will work with iDocket's cloud-native development team to solve their challenging business problems, create innovative solutions, and implement state-of-the-art ideas to provide true value to iDocket's customers.
Responsabilities:
- Supporting the initial set-up of Appian, as well as maintaining the platform.
- Designing and testing process modeling diagrams, using testing tools to assess whether the processes are successful.
- Reporting to managers about potential ways to improve business processes.
- Implementing end-to-end process automation using cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborating with more senior associates and leading different parts of solution delivery along with internal technology, vendor, and business partners.
- Gathering requirements through an understanding of contractual requirements and end-users' needs and challenges.
- Bringing perspective on new technologies that could impact business and conducting proof of concepts to test the hypothesis.
- Coordinating with application support teams during the solution development, deployment, and support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable work experience.
- Appian Level 1 Certified.
- Proven work experience with the Appian platform.
- Experience in the design and implementation of SOAP and REST Web Service.
- Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level Appian BPM workflow applications.
- Design and develop database objects to support BPM applications.
- Maintain database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems.
- Translate BPM requirement specifications into Appian process model prototypes and solutions.
- Conduct and participate in detailed design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture.
- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
- Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
