Decisions Developer

This is a permanent remote-work position for an experienced Decisions Developer. Using your training and knowledge of the Decisions workflow software, you will work with iDocket's cloud-native development team to design and develop workflows, forms, and data structures within the Decisions platform, which will then integrate with iDocket's cloud product. You will collaborate with the Business Analysts and the project managers to define, design, and implement the workflows to satisfy the business requirements. Furthermore, you will work closely with the QA and DevOps teams to ensure the success of the product development, as well as all future release versions of the product post-deployment. You will see the product through all phases of the software development life cycle to produce and enhance a scalable and robust software application.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable work experience.
• Obtained Decisions Certifications through the completion of Decisions training in the use of Decisions workflow products.
• Proven work experience with the Decisions platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain software that integrates with workflows or distributed systems.
• Create large-scale distributed systems within the Decisions platform.
• Work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences.
• Extensive experience in a development role.
• Experience consuming RESTful web services.
• Experience creating a GUI for Decisions workflow consumption.
• Logical thinker with the ability to develop well-structured designs for complex applications.
• Effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative/enjoys working as a part of a team.
• Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on/manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with SaaS industries.
• Previous experience with Web Services.
• Code Management Tools (GitHub, etc.).
• Experience in an Agile environment.
