Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce developer's job is to analyze the processes in iDocket, design the CRM workflows in Salesforce, and also provide custom solutions for specific business requirements. The Salesforce developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications for iDocket, specifically developing new Salesforce apps to meet company objectives and provide scalable processes. To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that meet the changing needs of the company. For iDocket's current cloud-native project, the immediate responsibilities of the Salesforce developer will include the following:

  • Build Dashboards to sit within SalesForce Community Space or iDocket’s UCMS.
  • These Dashboards will be pulled from data in SalesForce and as well from data in AWS S3 buckets. To accomplish this, Salesforce will need to be integrated with AWS.
  • Provide continuous support for Salesforce CRM and AWS Monitoring to gather metrics for end-user dashboards.
  • Provide continuous configuration and troubleshooting of Salesforce CRM to support iDocket’s Technical Support team and iDocket’s customer community spaces.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using and configuring Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AWS.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with technical and business teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience with SaaS industries.
  • Extensive experience with AWS.
  • Undertaken training provided by Salesforce.
