Operations Manager

The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager will be to oversee the continuing maintenance and development efforts for iDocket’s cloud-based case management system. They will analyze iDocket’s organizational processes and find ways to enhance the quality of work and productivity. They will work with iDocket’s management team to create and follow repeatable processes as well as the associated Key Process Indicators for those processes. They will collaborate with the heads of departments in order to facilitate cross-departmental projects and reports and oversee the Technical Support department. They are responsible for ensuring that ongoing deliverables are created and submitted on time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Management, etc.)
  • Experienced in project management.
  • Experienced in leading a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, as the majority of your time will be spent coordinating tasks, directing resources, and staying aware of all aspects of the project.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you must be able to communicate complex goals and tasks with project team members and clearly outline repeatable processes.
  • Strong writing skills, as you will need to be able to write reports for internal and external purposes.
  • Able to problem-solve, as you are responsible for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
  • “Big picture” thinking to be able to see the project as a whole and make plans accordingly for each department.

Preferred Experience

  • Degree or certificate in Operations Management.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience as an Operations Manager.
  • Experience with government contracts and ensuring compliance.
  • SaaS industries.
  • Understanding of processes and expectations within multiple departments (e.g. development, customer service, etc.)
