Senior Operations Manager
This is a permanent remote-work position for an experienced Operations Manager. You will work closely with iDocket’s COO and your primary duties are to oversee the efficiency and strategy of the iDocket software products; specifically, you will manage the daily activities required for iDocket’s operations to function successfully. This includes the following:
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager for each product, strategizing to find the most efficient process to develop and implement the software products iDocket offers.
- Work with the Technical Writers to become familiar with the current processes and ensure that all standards and best practices are fully documented.
- Review documentation to determine where processes can be improved.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop short- and long-term goals, and determine the steps needed to reach each goal.
- Develop and implement strategies meant to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible.
- Approve and allocate resources based on business priorities.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to policies or procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of work experience.
- Project management certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
- Able to perform complex tasks following established processes.
- Able to lead and direct the work of others.
- Able to foster teamwork.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Experienced in management.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Creative problem solver.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with technical and business teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree or higher.
- Previous experience with SaaS industries.
- Previous experience as a Product Operations Manager
